Yes! Your six collections begin in a thoughtfully chosen order, but your Journey is yours. You can drag and drop them into any order you like. You can also change the order of any collection that hasn't shipped yet from your account.
Your Journey Starter Set ships within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
Collections ship twice each month, on the 1st and 15th. Your first collection will ship on the next eligible collection date after your Journey begins. Orders placed by the 10th are eligible for the 15th shipment, and orders placed by the 25th are eligible for the 1st.
Yes. When you begin your Journey, you'll choose Gold or Silver. Your selected finish will be used for your Bracelet or Necklace, Heart, and the charms throughout your Journey.
Absolutely. You can gift the complete IC Links Journey for $180, or The Focused Experience — the Journey Starter Set and one mini-collection — for $78. You can even mix the two in one order if you're gifting to several people. They'll receive an IC Links Journey Invitation and choose their own jewelry, finish, size, spacers, and collections when they redeem it. See our gift guide for details.
Yes. IC Links charms are designed to be worn your way. Begin your Journey with a Bracelet or Necklace, and choose the piece that feels right for you.
Yes. Your Journey Starter Set includes your choice of a Bracelet or Necklace. If you'd like both, you can add the second piece for $25.
Keep your IC Links pieces clean and dry when possible, and store them in your Journey Pouch when you're not wearing them. Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals, cleaners, lotions, and perfumes.
