These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iclinksco.com (the "Site") and any purchase, subscription, or gift you make through it, operated by IC Links Co, LLC ("IC Links," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order or create an account. By using the Site, you're confirming that's the case.
We do our best to describe and photograph every charm, bracelet, and collection accurately, but slight variations in color, finish, or size are normal for handmade and small-batch jewelry — your screen's display can also affect how a photo looks. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit or cancel quantities, even after an order has been placed, in which case we'll let you know and refund any affected payment.
A gifted Journey is a prepaid, complete Journey redeemed by your recipient using a unique code or QR invitation. Once purchased, a gift is intended for the named recipient and isn't transferable to a different order. If a gift invitation is lost, contact us and we can help resend it.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, and for any recurring subscription charges you've agreed to, until you cancel.
We ship to addresses within the United States, and shipping is included in the price of everything we sell — there's no separate shipping charge at checkout. Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we're not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, though we're always happy to help you sort out a problem. We want you to love what you receive. If you'd like to return an item, see our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy, timeframes, and how to start a return — in short, you're covered by a return window and a warranty against defects, and return shipping is paid by the purchaser.
Like most jewelry, your charms and bracelet do best kept away from water, lotion, perfume, and prolonged sun exposure, and stored somewhere dry when not being worn. Normal wear and tarnish over time isn't a defect — see our Shipping & Returns page for what our warranty does and doesn't cover.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
The Journal Wall is a space for our community to share their own reflections. By posting, you agree not to post anything abusive, illegal, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights, and you agree we can remove any post or restrict any account, at our discretion, that doesn't fit that spirit. You keep ownership of what you write; posting it just gives us permission to display it on the Site.
The Site's design, photography, product descriptions, and the IC Links name and logo belong to IC Links Co, LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.
The Site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, IC Links isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that can't legally be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which IC Links Co, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
